Legal Advice
The mission of the office of Student Legal & Mediation Services is to provide advocacy and assistance, including legal advice and representation, to currently registered full and part-time PSU students.  SLMS operates as a department of the Office of Student Affairs and is fully funded by student fees.

Legal Education
SLMS plans regularly scheduled and by-request legal education activities on a wide range of topics. If you are interested in hosting an event in your class, dorm, fraternity/sorority, student group, etc., please contact us.

To get to our offices:  We are located on the third floor mezzanine of Smith Memorial Student Union (SMSU M340). Take the WHITE elevator by the Information Desk at the Broadway entrance.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 to 5.

WALK IN HOURS FOR SUMMER TERM ( for new matters, Consumer/Landlord Tenant issues only)

Mondays/Wednesdays- 1:30pm-3:00pm

Tuesdays/Thursdays- 9:30am-11:00am
